WASSERBILLIG, Germany - Pjur Group, a manufacturer of lubricants and sexual enhancement products, has opened a sales office in Mexico.
After successfully exhibiting at the recent Sex and Entertainment Expo in Mexico City, the manufacturer decided it was time to target the Mexican market locally, CEO Alexander Giebel said.
"We made a lot of good contacts at the fair and received so much positive reaction to our product portfolio that we decided the time is right to open up the Mexican market for pjur products," he said. "It was very important for us to get the right feel for the market at the trade show. We are delighted to have received such high recognition from the Mexican public. Our plans for the future are now clear."
Richie Harrie, CEO of Pjur USA, who attended the fair told ANB the reception to the Pjur line exceeded his expectations.
"We had a launch party at a local night club that was a blast," he said. "Mexico will be a strong market for Pjur and our high level formulations and approach to the business."
Geibel said the sales team at the office in Mexico will deal with all market requirements, as well as the distribution of all pjur products, including the new Double Effect Glides, performance sprays and the classic pjur product line.
