PHS International Joins Forces With Lucom

PHOENIX - Adult novelty and BDSM gear manufacturer PHS International has joined forces with brand management company Lucom to bring its M2M and Heart2Heart (H2H) lines to a massive European audience. The deal is scheduled to be effective this fall when PHS's M2M luxury leather line for men and the H2H line designed for couples will be available in retail stores across Europe and the UK.

 

"Choosing a partner in Europe was a necessity for building our brands on a worldwide level, and Lucom was our first choice," PHS president, James Horne, said. "Lucom masters the art of brand-building, and Alexander [Giebel, Lucom owner]'s dedication to quality and professionalism has rewarded him global respect."

 

PHS has revamped its product line to meet the strict standards in the European market by replacing all metal fastenings with nickel and lead-free hardware, removing any and all traces of phthalates, and translating the copy on its packaging into five languages.

 

"These changes make the lines all the more attractive and friendly for the European market," said Lucom owner Alexander Giebel. "We are very confident that our partnership with PHS is going to be wildly successful."

 

Michael Merrill, sales and marketing manager for PHS, said that the new deal with Lucom will also eliminate the rising costs of overseas shipping, a concern the manufacturer has faced since the M2M and H2H collections have gained popularity in other countries.

 

"This will allow our current customers to receive the same quality goods, but at a much better price point," he said. "Now that we've eliminated high shipping costs, this new pricing structure will open up many new customers all across the continent."
