LOS ANGELES - OK! Magazine has reported that Britney Spears is being targeted by an obsessed fan who sends her packages containing sex toys and threatening notes.
A fan started mailing letters containing pornographic details of his fantasies about Spears, OK! Magazine reported, adding that the letters began arriving from the Minneapolis area about six weeks ago and were followed by packages containing sex toys and photos.
The person in the photo is described as a "middle-aged Caucasian male with stringy, greasy hair-with the eyes cut out of the photo, in which he appears to be squirting some sort of yellowish liquid into his open mouth."
"It quickly escalated to larger packages that now arrive two to three times a week, always to the same L.A. address but never to one of Britney's homes," an OK! Magazine source said.
OK! Magazine reported that the most recent delivery came Saturday, though Spears has never seen the packages.
Spears' security team reportedly is working with the FBI to identify who sent the packages.
