LIVERPOOL, England - Nice 'n' Naughty nabbed its fourth straight ETO Award, earning Best Retailer honors at last week's awards show. With 11 locations across England, the Chester-based company was named Retailer of the Year during a glittering awards ceremony in Birmingham.
Nice 'n' Naughty marked it ninth anniversary in style as they beat out Ann Summers and the Private chain of sex shops to the delight of company founder, Simon Prescott.
"This award is voted for by the industry itself, so it is extremely gratifying to realize we are so well respected and acknowledged by our peers," said Prescott. "To win this award for a fourth consecutive year is unheard of," he said, and noted the ceremony took place almost to the day he started the company in 1999 from humble beginnings. "As usual, the competition was very strong. It was the perfect way to celebrate," he added.
Nice 'n' Naughty Wholesale also won best oversees R18 film for Wicked Pictures' Supernatural.
"We have come a very long way since I started the business with one retail outlet in Chester," Prescott said. "Nice 'n' Naughty is a massive success story, built on a very dedicated and committed workforce.
