WEST AUSTRALIA - A judge waived the two-and-a-half-year jail sentence of a 21-year old Australian woman who reportedly sodomized an army trooper with a sex toy in October 2006.
The judge said the woman had been acting under the control of her former boyfriend.
During the trial held earlier this year, the woman was convicted of depriving the trooper of his liberty, attempting to sexually penetrate him with a sex toy and assault by punching him.
