NEW YORK CITY—This New Year's Eve, the Museum of Sex will be celebrating in high style.
According to a press release from the Museum, once you step off the street and through the museum doors this New Year's Eve, you'll be surrounded in the sensual pleasure of pulsating lights, flowing cocktails, and an ever-changing list of DJs playing music to dance the night away. Curated by Kayvon Zand and the Museum of Sex, this event features four floors of "delightful debauchery" including special exhibits, art installations, "Jump for Joy" (a voluptuous bounce castle), a sexy crowd of nightlife creatures, and more surprises to help start 2015 right.
"I wanted to create an environment that doesn't just cater to one type of person, but is open for all types of orientations, age groups, demographics, different alternative lifestyles," said Zand. "People automatically want to say that Sex [on Fifth Avenue] is about sex, but the party is not a sex party. It's really a place where everyone can celebrate and have fun and really express themselves-that's what it's truly about."
Tickets can be purchased here. Promotional packages for groups and VIPs are also available. Sales end one hour before doors open.
