FT. LAUDERDALE, Fla. - MD Science Labs LLC, an international manufacturer of herbal supplements, lotions, creams, and lubes, has announced the addition of Ellen Friedman to the executive sales staff as co-owner of MD Science.
Friedman comes to MD with 27 years of management experience in retail, wholesale, and advertising sales. She has been involved in the GLBT community in the southeastern U.S. since 1993 and served on the board of the Wilton Manors/Oakland Park Chamber of Commerce in 1998."We are all very excited about this new addition to our staff," stated Ruth Chatfield, vice president of sales and marketing. "We can only start to imaging the endless directions Ellen will lead this company in the future."
Friedman will be in charge of coordinating all GLBT activities for MD Science Labs, including sales and marketing, and in the past three months has already arranged for Swiss Navy Lubricants and MD Science Labs to be involved in more than 60 Pride events worldwide.
"I never imagined in my wildest dreams a large company like MD Science Labs would allow me to be who I am and do what I do best, working in the gay community," exclaimed Friedman. "I am excited about the future as a co-owner of MD Science Labs."
