CHATSWORTH, Calif. - Personal care products manufacturer Earthly Body has made available six new hemp-based skin care products for the 2008 holiday season. Hemp isn't a new ingredient for the manufacturer, but the more people become familiar with its natural, healing properties, the more popular it becomes.
"Hemp seed oil naturally protects the hair from damage from the elements," said Jeff Cazanov, director of product promotions. "This year we are doing a recombination of existing products, which are sure to be a hit this holiday season. Every holiday season, we put together a collection for that year with a couple of new scents. This year, we have two new scents: Under the Mistletoe and Yule Love It. We feel more on top of our game than ever in preparing product!"
Earthly Body has bundled perfect, gift-sized packs, including Body Double which contains a 3-ounce hand and body lotion and Skin Candle; The Wet Set, containing a 3-ounce lotion, a candle, and bath/shower gel; an expanded Skin Candle Collection; and Impulse Gifts. The Impulse Gifts come in 50 packs of 1-ounce hand and body lotion in various fragrances, lip balm in a counter-top dispenser box, and an assorted mix of 1-ounce massage oils.
