SAN FRANCISCO—Diamond Products, a company that Pipedream Products CEO Nick Orlandino brought on as a strategic partner last fall, has announced the acquisition of design-centric pleasure products manufacturer Jimmyjame.
Jimmyjane will continue to operate separately, maintaining its product development, creative, online, sales and day-to-day operations teams at its corporate headquarters in San Francisco, the companies stated in a press release about the deal.
