SAN FRANCISCO—Vibrators that use apps on cell phones are nothing new, but a San Francisco company ants to cut out the middle man and make iPhones themselves into vibrators.
Izivibe is essentially a silicone case for iPhones that has a shaft on it. The case is designed to amplify the vibrations of the phone and translate them to the shaft.
The case is also capable of connecting to a free app for the Apple Watch or iPhone, so users can power through the seven vibration mode alone or via a partner. Patterns can also be customized and shared with others.
Izivibe has not yet officially launched, but the website Izivibe.com is up and running.
