Intimate Organics Rocks Harvard Sex Week

TALLAHASSEE, Fla.At the heart of Intimate Organics’ philosophy is an emphasis on safe sex education, empowerment and community involvement. This past March, company officials were excited to make an appearance at Harvard’s Sex Week, sponsoring raffles and giveaways in this unique sexual-health focused event.

The events at Harvard kicked off on Sunday, March 25, with a workshop on Exploring Sexuality hosted by sex educator and certified sexologist Megan Andelloux. The week-long celebration covered all realms of sex and sensuality—from BDSM to vibrators, and “How to Hook up on Campus” to LGBTQ sex ed.

Intimate Organics provided the event organizers with dozens of samples of a wide range of products, including their aspartame-free flavored lubricants, benzocaine-free anal relaxing sprays, and all-natural lubricants like Hydra and Defense. Students were excited to learn about the unique formulas that include ingredients like carrageenan which has been linked to the prevention of HPV.

Event organizers were able to make use of the product donated by Intimate Organics to organize raffles and giveaways to help generate buzz for the new event at Harvard.

Sexual Health Education events are becoming more and more popular in campuses across the country. Their success often depends on the generosity of companies like Intimate Organics, to donate goods to help generate interest and awareness in the events. Intimate Organics is looking forward to seeing Harvard’s Sex Week grow and expand in the next few years.
