LOS ANGELES - Adult novelty manufacturer Innovative Enterprises has put the finishing touches on the IMATAH, a portable sex machine.
Keeping both sexes in mind, the IMATAH is a "fucking machine" weighing less than five pounds, which can be packed in a small box, with well under 100 parts. This makes it portable and less likely to break down, inventor James Hatami told AVN Novelty Business, adding that bulkier machines are more intricate and can have up to 500 separate parts.
"Some of the fucking machines on the adult novelty market are bulky, heavy, expensive and break down," he said. "Mine is lightweight, inconspicuous, versatile, and has less than 100 parts. I designed and engineered it with my mentor Albert Einstein's motto in mind: ‘Make things as simple as possible but not simpler.'"
Hatami said the machine's adaptability to attachments available in the market and its price point will make it easy for retailers to sell it, especially as a patented product with eleven utility claims made in the U.S.A. He said the IMATAH will make its debut at the AVN Novelty Expo at a "very attractive introductory price."
Additionally, Hatami said he plans to debut his new patented dildo, which is designed for use with the IMATAH at ANE. The machine is also designed to be used on any surface including in a car and can run on a 12VDC, while still protecting the fabrics.
In the last five years since Hatami began developing the IMATAH, the product has undergone a couple of name changes, having previously been called the "Little Shyster" and "Sancho." Hatami said he opted for the new name to steer clear of the negative connotations of the machine's earlier names.
"‘Little Shyster' and ‘Sancho' both have negative connotations," he explained. "So we are going to call it IMATAH, which is reverse of my last name, like Harpo magazine is to Oprah."
The IMATAH is featured in a YouTube video.
