Independent Erotic Film Festival Goes on the Road

SAN FRANCISCO - Adult retailer Good Vibrations has announced IXFF: The Second Coming Tour, which is a national road show of the Independent Erotic Film Festival's best shorts.

The film festival initially debuted in 2006 at the Good Vibrations Amateur Erotic Film Competition and took place at the historic Castro Theatre in San Francisco. The event became a full-fledged film Festival in 2008, featuring national and international shorts in the winning entries.

Now, some of the best entries from prior events will be showcased at IXFF: The Second Coming.

Indie filmmakers share their interpretation of erotic with sexy shorts (10 minutes or less) ranging from smutty to arty and comedic to serious. Each night of erotic cinema begins with a brief History of Porn by Good Vibrations staff sexologist and chief cultural officer Dr. Carol Queen, Ph.D. Queen will provide an educational, historic, and cultural examination of an era gone by, illuminating its inception and development.
