IVD|ECN Keeps Customers Informed, Able To Place Orders With New Text Message Service

HIGHTSTOWN, N.J.—IVD|ECN has introduced a new Text Message Service designed to improve customer service related to IVD|ECN needs. Patrons can now stay informed of new arrivals, important updates, and limited time offers with the ease of a text message.

When participants text for the service, they will receive a welcome text asking them to reply with a first and last name. Those interested can text IVD to 313131 for IVD updates and ECN to 313131 for ECN updates.

To further personalize the program, customers can add their account representative’s name to their first text to the IVD|ECN Text Message Service. For example, if Jereme is their IVD rep, customers can text IVD Jereme    to 313131 to be added to the rep’s group.

Additionally, if a customer wishes to take advantage of a deal they hear about by text, no need to wait− they can text IVD|ECN right back; provided they gave their name when they first signed up, IVD|ECN will be able to process their order or have their rep contact them.
