The Kegel exercisers are self-vibrating, weighted vaginal balls coated in a 100 percent medical-grade silicone case. The casing can be removed for easier cleaning and care, and the opening is a heart cut-out, with Hustler’s signature flames surrounding it.
The case also has one-piece construction, and a handy retrieval cord that is designed to look like a devil’s tail.
