HPPPA Celebrates Successful ILS Appearance

SACRAMENTO, Calif. The Home Pleasure Party Plan Association is celebrating its success at September's International Lingerie Show, where the group hosted three rooms full of product displays, demonstrations, and educational seminars.

Among the learning opportunities were a seminar led by attorney Michael Fattorosi of Fattorosi & Chisvin. An adult entertainment law specialist, Fattorosi shared important in sights into the state of the industry's legal affairs. At other events, party planning experts delivered marketing and business development information for attendees, and HPPPA even arranged a mock pleasure party for spectators.

Numerous novelty companies sponsored games, adding fun to the equation. Topco Sales hosted Paint a Pecker, while Screaming O presented a Screaming O fact contest. Contestants at WET International's event played Guess the Flavored Lube, while LELO asked What Would You Do for a LELO?

Todd Carter of Sport Sheets especially enjoyed his company's event. "The highlight for me was judging the Doggie Style Strap Demo Contest. I loved getting to see all the exciting, hot, and effective selling techniques before sending all the ladies into ecstasy by introducing the Hump Bump & Vibe, the clitoral-stimulating addition to the Doggie Style Strap," he says.

Kris Lynch from RUFF Doggie Styles also found HPPPA's offerings valuable.  "The HPPPA group did it again," she says. "An amazing meet, greet, and learn was held where manufacturers had a chance to present  our line in detail to the group. More importantly, we got to hear the  comments and questions and what the party planners  are asked during their parties... and be able to answer them right away. It was a valuable learning experience for both sides. I'm looking forward to the next one."

HPPPA plans to host similar festivities at the next edition of ILS in April.
