HOTT Products Launches Spanish Line

CHATSWORTH, Calif. — HOTT Products, developers and manufacturers of the Humm Dinger line of vibrating rings, has launched a new Spanish line, featuring some of the company’s most popular products with new packaging.

“We’ve been asked for a while by some companies in Mexico to provide our products with Spanish text on the packaging, and we decided it would help us really break into markets in Brazil, Chile, and other Latin America countries,” said Chris Post, vice president of HOTT Products. “We think this is a huge market that no one is paying attention to.”

The Spanish packaging features the newly-designed look of the Humm Dinger line, which was revamped in March to be more couples’ friendly.

In addition to the Humm Dinger line, HOTT Products has also developed Spanish packaging for the Tongue Teaser, the Tongue Dinger, Frisky Fingers, the Hot Rod, and the Motor Stroker. Each product features the same colors as the English versions, and the product names are in English, but the remaining text is in Spanish, Post said.

“We are hoping that some of the distributors will take on this line, recognizing that there are major areas in the United States, particularly the Southwest, with growing Spanish-speaking populations,” he added.

If the initial release of products with Spanish packaging goes well, Post said HOTT Products will add another dozen or so products to the new line in the coming weeks.

“If it’s as well received as we believe it will be, then we will eventually move into having an entire catalog of Spanish products,” he said.
