SAN FRANCISCO - Adult-novelty retailer and manufacturer Good Vibrations has begun holding in-store events geared toward couples looking for something to do on a date night.
"Good Vibrations has become a date-night destination," said Public Relations Manager Allison Goldstein.
"For over 30 years, Good Vibes has made it their mission to enhance customers' sex lives and promote healthy attitudes about sex," she said. "As the premier provider of sex-positive products and information, they now host free, fun-filled weekly events."
Goldstein said single people also are welcome at the classes and cultural events.
"Good Vibes has something for everyone, from open-mic erotica readings to burlesque and ‘How to Strip for Your Lover' workshops, and they're all free of charge," she said.
Among the upcoming events is the in-store pleasure party The Triangle Project: Gay-Boy Sex-Toy Soiree and the Ask the Doctors lecture series featuring question-and-answer sessions with Dr. Robert Lawrence and Good Vibrations staff sexologist Dr. Carol Queen, who will cover beginning BDSM for the kickoff of the Folsom Street Fair.
