Good Vibrations Announces Guarantee Policy

SAN FRANCISCO - In celebration of its 30th anniversary, the Bay Area's legendary Good Vibrations-a destination for sex toys, personal care products, and sexual information-has announced an improved satisfaction-guarantee policy.

Good Vibrations Senior Director of Merchandising Jonathan Plotzker told AVN Adult Novelty Business Magazine, "For 30 years, Good Vibrations has offered customers the best service in the toy industry. We believe so much in the quality of the toys that we sell, we are now giving our customers 30 days to return any product, excluding DVDs, for any reason."

If a customer is not fully satisfied with his or her purchase, Good Vibrations will take back the product and issue an exchange or store credit, the company stated. This new policy is valid within all ordering channels-the customer service center (1-800-BUY-VIBE), the website, or at any of the four retail locations in San Francisco, Berkeley, and Boston.

"At Good Vibrations, we want all of customers to be satisfied," Plotzker added. "We think that by making our 30-day satisfaction policy more consumer-friendly, we're exceeding expectations in the adult product industry. We want our customers to have choices and a guarantee that they'll be satisfied with our company and all our products. That's why we've been in business for 30 years."
