CHATSWORTH, Calif. - Thirty-five year adult industry veteran and leading novelty manufacturer Pipedream Products has announced the official release of their 2008 summer catalog supplement. Hot off the printing press, the 33-page, full-color catalog dons the manufacturer's latest innovations including new releases from its time-tested classic product lines and Fetish Fantasy Series.
"Our Fetish Fantasy Series has really taken off since its debut in 2006," said Pipedream Products' Chief Operating Officer Nick Orlandino. "I think it has been gaining momentum even more recently because of our economic climate. Bondage gear is more popular than ever and most of what is on the market is expensive. Fetish Fantasy products are not only affordable, but high quality and a perfect way for couples to explore their kinky side."
Orlandino told ANB that Pipedream is not trying to flood the market with the Fetish Fantasy Series; they are merely listening to their customers.
"Fetish Fantasy equals sales, bottom line," he said. "We're just giving our valued customers more of what they need to increase their dollar at the end of the day."
With more and more retailers and customers utilizing the web as a resource to find the latest releases from their favorite manufacturers, Orlandino says there is still a place for a catalog you can hold in your hands.
"There is just something about being able to flip through a printed catalog at your leisure," he said. "Sure it's convenient to look something up online when you know what you're looking for, but nothing beats the good old days of looking through a catalog when you're tired of staring at a screen."
Pipedream has also updated the look of their timeless bachelor and bachelorette merchandise line as Orlandino praised his in-house art department for staying ahead of the curve.
"They listen to the feedback our traveling sales team gathers while on the road and spend a lot of hours coming up with eye catching packaging for our new designs," he said.
Pipedream's supplement also features product launches that were a hit during the AVN Novelty Expo in July. Among them are the new Hiney-can masturbator, Comfortably Numb Deep Throat Spray, the Moist 21-ounce Lubricant Dispenser and more, Orlandino said.
"We just brought in a new public relations representative who we're confident is going to help us get the word out their about our new releases," Orlandino concluded.
