SAN FRANCISCO—The 30th Annual Exotic Erotic Ball and Expo—the internationally acclaimed Celebration of Flesh, Fetish and Fantasy—proudly announces its Ninth Annual Blood Drive from 2-9 p.m. Friday, Oct. 16, at Blood Centers of the Pacific’s Irwin Center, 270 Masonic Ave., at Turk, San Francisco CA.
The Exotic Erotic Blood Drive is held in advance of the Ball and thanks to these efforts, the Exotic Erotic Ball has helped save the lives of more than 1,000 Bay Area residents with the gallons of blood that have been donated by Ball attendees over the past eight years.
Don Burghardt, Director of Donor Recruitment, states, "This is the ninth consecutive year that the Exotic Erotic Ball has been helping save lives in the Bay Area. Many people would not have another Halloween if it weren't for the Exotic Erotic Ball."
Now in its ninth year, Blood Centers of the Pacific is once again anticipating breaking donation records. In 2008, Exotic Erotic Ball attendees donated 157 pints of blood, shattering the 2007 record of 84 donations. Blood Centers of the Pacific needs more than 500 donations a day to meet the Bay Area blood needs.
Blood donors who give a pint of blood according to the instructions below will receive one free general admission ticket to the 30th Annual Exotic Erotic Ball. Ticket quantities are limited to the number of appointments available for the date and times specified. First come, first served.
How it works:
1. Visit BloodHeroes.com and click on DONATE BLOOD.
2. Enter the Sponsor Code of ‘ExErBall,’ no spaces, in the area provided, and hit return.
3. Click on the Exotic Erotic Blood Drive, pick a time, and make your appointment.
4. You MUST make an appointment in order to be eligible to receive your free ticket, and you MUST give blood on the day of the drive at the time you agreed.
5. Yes, there’s plenty of free parking.
