SUN VALLEY, Calif. - Forbidden Novelties has hired Alexandra Cage as head of the company's glass-novelties division.
In her new role, Cage will oversee the sales department and work with company owners Juan and Sandi Torres on the design and production of new items.
"We're going to be updating the packaging for 2008 with some of the hottest adult stars today," she told AVN Novelty Business. "It will help promote the girls, as well as bring Forbidden's glass line to the next level."
Cage, who has a background in adult-video production as owner of Pink Mynx Production, said she plans to use her knowledge of the porn side of the adult industry to help Forbidden Novelties expand.
"Juan contacted me nearly a year ago about coming to work for him," she said. "I wasn't ready to dive into the novelty side of the market, but I am now!"
Juan and Sandi Torres said they have high hopes for the glass-novelties division with Cage at the helm.
"We're excited to have this opportunity to bring Alex on board," they said. "She will head our glass-novelty department to new heights."
