Eldorado Employee Hits 30-Year Mark

BROOMFIELD, Colo. - Laurie Fehler, the administrative services manager at adult novelty distributor Eldorado, has crossed the 30-year-mark at the company.

Prior to Fehler, Eldorado congratulated sales representative Jeff Waterstreet for thirty years of service.

Fehler, who started at Eldorado as a temporary receptionist, jokes that her time with the company "may still be temporary."

"It sure doesn't feel like 30 years have gone by," she said. "What I appreciate most is how the Garlands have fostered a team-oriented, professional environment and really pulled us through some challenging times. The success and growth for both me and the company over the years has been amazing."

Fehler said that when she started at Eldorado, she used a typewriter and calculator to generate invoices.

"Now, of course, everything is computer-based," she added. "I've never been bored at Eldorado. I've always been provided the opportunity to learn and grow as an individual and as an employee."

Larry Garland, owner and CEO of Eldorado, said Fehler is an "invaluable member of Eldorado's team."

"She has been an integral part of our management team, ensuring everyone understands the importance of customer service because, after all, the customer pays our paychecks," he said. "It is hard to believe how fast 30 years can go when you are having fun. I'd like to express my true appreciation and gratitude for Laurie's loyalty and dedication as we honor her for 30 years of service."
