Elastomer Rings are Huge Seller for Spartacus

PORTLAND, Ore. - Fetish-novelty manufacturer Spartacus Enterprises has reported "record-breaking" sales of its line of elastomer cock rings, which the company introduced a year ago.

"The speed with which these elastomer cock rings climbed our sales charts is record-breaking," said Sales and Marketing Manager Sean Christensen. "We think word is quickly getting around about the quality and effectiveness of this material. Elastomer is the best of all worlds-more flexible than silicone, more durable than jelly. We're seeing a positive response to that combination."

Elastomer is described as a waterproof compound with few allergens, no phthalates and no latex. Its low pore count makes it durable and easy to clean, and it can be repeatedly stretched out without breaking or tearing, according to a Spartacus press release.

Christensen said the cock rings are most popular in blue and black, as is the case with most cock toys. He said the rings' popularity has inspired the company to design an entire line of black and blue leather products for men. The smooth elastomer rings are among Spartacus' 50 top-sellers in 2007, along with the 2Touch Turtle, a vibrating ring with a touch-sensitive clitoral or perineal stimulator.

Spartacus is wrapping up production of a three-pack of cock rings, which will be available by the end of August. For more information, call Spartacus at 800-666-2604.
