Ducky DooLittle Offers Online Class for Sex Educators

BALTIMORE—This weekend Ducky DooLittle will present an online class in her Sex Educators Series that will focus on how to create a thriving career. In "Making Money as a Sex Educator,” the veteran educator will share her triumphs and pitfalls in the field of sex education.

DooLittle said, “There are more individuals working as sex educators than ever before. There are great intuitions, programs and jobs where sex educators grow their teaching skills, but there are few resources to teach them the business skills and realities of making a great living doing this work. I want to see these individuals thrive!”

Sex advice columnist and sexuality workshop facilitator Yana Tallon-Hicks took the class in January and said, “I was very positively impacted by Ducky's class and just today booked my highest paying workshop yet with absolutely no fuss or muss from the institution. We deserve to be monetarily valued for our work!”

It’s no surprise that DooLittle knows about the struggles involved in achieving success. She speaks frankly about how she was born into poverty, orphaned, and raised in foster care. In her young life no one would have imagined a future of financial stability and happiness would be attainable for her.

August McLaughlin, author and host of the Girl Boner podcast, says, “Ducky’s webinar inspired me to really hustle when it comes to monetizing my work. I left the workshop set on doubling what I can and seeking additional lucrative opportunities stat. I reached out to 10 companies yesterday, and already received lovely responses of interest from two. I’m grateful. Thank you, Ducky.”

This online class will help participants define and grow their worth, find their unique voices as a sex educator, and find ways to expand their reach in public and online. Ducky also teaches how to negotiate fees and contracts in the world of publishing and speaking engagements, and ultimately how to find balance in this challenging field and practice self-care.

To list just a few of the bullet points on DooLittle's résumé, she is currently the resident sex educator for adult distributor Komar Company, and she has been instrumental in building public sex education learning programs for the Museum of Sex in New York City and the feminist adult retailer Babeland. She is the author of Sex with the Lights On: 200 Illuminating Sex Questions Answered.

This online class is for sex educators, social workers, sex workers, writers and public speakers, whether you're already established, are an aspiring professional, or somewhere in between.

"Sex Educators Series: Making Money as a Sex Educator" will be held Saturday, April 2. Cost for the online webinar with Ducky DooLittle is $49.95 (sliding-scale tickets available). For more information and tickets, visit DuckyDoolittle.com.
