LOS ANGELES—Digital Playground’s ‘O’ Award-winning Pirates Pendant Vibe got a little mainstream screen time this week, when former Jackass star Steve-O crashed an E! red carpet interview with Jersey Shore’s The Situation.
A reporter from E! was interviewing Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino about his life after the success he’s found on the MTV reality show, when Steve-O walked up and hugged him, then proceeded to show off his new necklace. The clip can be viewed on YouTube.
The Pirates Pendant Vibe, which won AVN’s “O” Award in July for Oustanding Powered Product, is a bullet-style vibe, available in six colors with a matching chain. Several celebrities received the item as part of Digital Playground’s participating in the gifting suites for the MTV Video Music Awards. Other celebrities who grabbed some swag from the adult company—best known for its award-winning Pirates movies—included Tila Tequila, Danielle Staub and Ernie Hudson of Ghostbusters fame.
In addition to the MTV gifting suite, Digital Playground also recently participated in the gifting suite for the Emmys.
