BRAMPTON, Ontario - Steve Bannister, president of novelty manufacturer BMS Enterprises, rewarded employees of the company's facility in China with a cash bonus equaling 1.5 days' pay during his latest trip overseas.
Bannister said the bonus was given to express appreciation for an excellent job done in producing the company's three-speed bullet.
"We have an excellent product," Bannister said. "[The three-speed bullet] is one of the top-selling vibrators on the market, and it remains at the top because of the excellent job [done by] our Chinese employees."
The Chinese employees sent Bannister a letter to express their gratitude.
"A small reward and token of appreciation goes a long way, especially in countries that typically never receive this," Bannister said.
