Annie Sprinkle and her spouse Elizabeth Stephens are pleased to invite one and all to their one-couple show, "The Collaboration," a visual art exhibit at the Jancar Gallery in LA's Chinatown area.
"'The Collaboration' will survey our early solo works from the '80s and '90s, and our collaborative works of '00s to today," the couple announced. "Please join us at our opening night reception, January 12, and/or on the closing night event, Valentine's Day, February 14. (More exciting details will be announced about the 14th later.) We would love to see you!
"Some things are old, some things new, many are one of a kind, some are herstoric ephemera items, and some things are very, very blue," they continued. "Photographs, sculpture, collage, video and more. See our 'Breast Cancer Ballet,' 'The Porn Star & Academic Bronzed Panty Collection,' sign our 'Ecosex Manifesto' wall text, and peek into our speculum boxes. We promise many surprises. For more about us, click here, here, here and here."
The Jancar Gallery is located at 961 Chung King Road, Los Angeles, CA 90012; phone 213-625-2522. Gallery hours are Wednesday-Saturday 12–5 PM (and by appointment). For more information, click here.
