HOUSTON—High Island Health, LLC (Aneros) and Libertybelle Marketing Ltd. (Nexus) are pleased to announce that they have reached an agreement to resolve their dispute over the Aneros patent, United States Patent No. 5,797,950.
As part of the agreement, Libertybelle Marketing will not market, sell, or offer for sale the following Nexus products in the United States until May 14, 2016. Products include Glide, Neo, Nero, Excel, Vibro, Titus, G-Rider, Ridge-Rider, Max 5 and Revo.
For any of these particular Nexus products that were ordered by wholesalers and retailers in the United States prior to July 16, 2011, those products are protected and are allowed to be resold in the United States until the inventory is depleted. Aneros’ brand of prostate massagers were unaffected by the agreement with Libertybelle Marketing and continue to be for sale in the United States and abroad.
Both High Island Health, LLC (Aneros) and Libertybelle Marketing, Ltd. (Nexus) are happy to resolve this lawsuit.
“We appreciate and thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter,” they said in a joint press release.
As the original and only patented prostate massager design on the market since 1997, Aneros continues to deliver safe and innovative products to customers that promote health as well as pleasure.
