AVN April Issue to Include 'Intimate' Supplement

CHATSWORTH, Calif.—AVN Media Network has announced it will once again publish its popular Intimate supplement, and it will be distributed with the April issue of AVN magazine.

Intimate is a publication designed to cover the lingerie segment of the industry. Articles address trends and issues of that area of the market, and reviews run the gamut from costumes to lingerie to stockings and shoes.

"It's obvious that pleasure products and lingerie are a natural match, which is why we created Intimate,” said Tony Lovett, publisher of AVN magazine. “Since the first issue, we've seen the industry continue to change, with more and more love boutiques adding lingerie to their racks, and lingerie stores picking up tasteful, healthy, functional sex toys. Our goal is to continue to unite the two, making the jobs of selling and buying easier for manufacturers, distributors and retailers."

The publication of Intimate in April will coincide with the International Lingerie Show in Las Vegas. The supplement features the softer side of the pleasure product and lingerie market, and has been a regular favorite with consumers.

Intimate will enjoy extra distribution at ILS, along with AVN. In addition to Intimate, the traditional novelty section will also be published in AVN.
