ANE Returning to Southern California

CHATSWORTH, Calif.—After a smashing success with a new winter show in January, held at the venerable AVN Adult Entertainment Expo, the AVN Novelty Expo comes back strong with its summer show, which is returning to Southern California.

The AVN Novelty Expo (ANE)—the novelty industry's premier B2B event—brings together qualified buyers with the world's most innovative inventors and manufacturers of pleasure-enhancement products.

ANE will take place July 7-9 at the Pasadena Convention Center, which marks a return to both its original time slot of July and its convenient West Coast location. Last year's summer show was held in Hollywood, Fla.

“We heard from many fans of the show that they love the Southern California locations, so we brought it back to its roots,” said Sherri L. Shaulis, senior editor of pleasure products for AVN.

For more than a decade, hundreds of qualified buyers from around the world have gathered for this premier buyers' conference and exhibition, where manufacturers debut new products and buyers make their most important purchasing decisions of the year. The buyer base includes distributors, retailers, exporters, mail-order companies, home party organizers, and individuals or companies involved in pleasure product purchases.

Exhibitors range from entrepreneurs offering one or two specialized items to premier manufacturers who offer a vast array of traditional favorites and cutting-edge designs from around the globe.

This time around, the B2B show will take place at the newly renovated PasadenaConvention Center, which is uniquely suited to meet the needs of ANE and all its attendees.

The Pasadena Convention Center has completed a $150 million expansion. The fully renovated state-of-the-art center features 85,000 square feet of exhibit space, 28 breakout rooms and a new 25,000-square-foot ballroom.

The Pasadena Convention Center is located 9 miles north of downtown Los Angeles, at the heart of a city that feels like a village. The center is within walking distance of four major hotels and Old Pasadena, a trendy 22-block European-style shopping/entertainment district. Adding to its convenience,Pasadena is just 15 minutes from Bob Hope/Burbank Airport and 30 minutes from Los Angeles International Airport.
