CHATSWORTH, Calif. — AVN Media Network is proud to announce the nominees for the 2009 ‘O’ Awards, which will be presented the evening of July 14, during the AVN Novelty Expo.
This marks the inaugural year for the awards, which were created to recognize outstanding achievements in the sexual enhancement industry, including product design, packaging, marketing, retailing, and more.
“Original, opulent, orgasmic, outstanding — when it comes to this industry, the letter O brings many superlatives to mind,” said Tony Lovett, publisher of AVN. "With The 'O' Awards, we're honoring the finest companies, products, and individuals to which all those words apply."
More of a celebratory social gathering than a formal sit-down awards ceremony, The "O" Awards is an RSVP-only event that will offer attendees a unique opportunity to mingle as they celebrate the best the business has to offer. Though the event is open to all ANE attendees, seating is extremely limited. The RSVP deadline has been extended untill July 8th, and nominees as well as attendees are kindly requested to RSVP immediately with how many will be attending. Only those who RSVP will be admitted to the event.
The "O" Awards party is set for 7-9 p.m., Tuesday, July 14, at the Rooftop Gardens of the Sheraton Universal Hotel. The ANE show takes place July 13-15 at the Sheraton Universal and Los Angeles Hilton hotels.
