TACOMA, Wash.—Charges leveled by a Washington woman against porn icon Ron Jeremy of sexually assaulting her during a September 2017 appearance at Castle Megastore have been dismissed by the Tacoma City Attorney's Office, TMZ reports.
As detailed in a story by DailyBeast.com contributor and former adult performer Aurora Snow, accuser Kristin Brodie was working as a "Rock Girl" for local radio station KISW at the time of the alleged assault, and claims Jeremy forcibly touched her crotch and licked her nipple, among other physical trangressions, before a crowd of onlookers while he was signing autographs at the store alongside fellow adult performers Lily LaBeau and Allie Haze.
According to TMZ, local police interviewed a number of witnesses from the encounter and reviewed surveillance videos before submitting their report to the city attorney's office, which declined to pursue it, rendering the case closed.
