Stormy Daniels Announces Tell-All Book, Will Write About Trump

Stormy Daniels has written a new tell-all book about her career—including what she said was “a lot” about Donald Trump—to be published on October 2, Daniels announced when she and her lawyer, Michael Avenatti, appeared as guests on the Wednesday edition of the ABC TV daytime talk program The View.

The 288-page book will be titled Full Disclosure and is set to be published by St. Martin’s Press, according to an an announcement on the publishing house’s official website

Asked by View co-host Joy Behar, “how much can you disclose” about Trump, Daniels said, “There’s a lot in the book, but the book isn’t just about that. That doesn’t define me. ... Everybody who knows me and has known me for a long time knows I have been working on a book for about 10 years.”

In a court filing Saturday, as AVN.com reported, Trump said he would no longer enforce the “hush” agreement for which he and his “fixer” Michael Cohen paid Daniels $130,000 in 2016, just days before the presidential election that year.

But Daniels said that Trump’s legal move did not influence her decision to speak publicly about her affair with Trump. “Have I really been respecting that anyway?” she said, referring to the non-disclosure agreement over her sexual encounter with Trump in 2006.

“I’ve kept notebooks about the adventures I’ve had on the road, and in strip clubs,” Daniels told the View panel. “It’ll blow your mind.” At the same time, she confirmed that the book will include details of her sexual experience with Trump at a Lake Tahoe, Nevada, golf tournament. “It’s called Full Disclosure,” she said. “That’s why I named it that.”

Daniels acknowledged that in light of the wide-scale publicity she has received due to her allegations and ongoing legal battle against Trump, the book “will probably sell better than my book would’ve before.” But she added that she had done “a test read” of chapters from the book in progress at conventions as far back as three years ago.

“The book was aways going to happen,” Daniels said. “It just now has more information in it.”
