Prince Yahshua Sues Hussie for Defamation, Agency Responds

LOS ANGELES—Veteran performer Prince Yahshua filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court March 30 accusing Florida-based talent agency Hussie Models of defamation and intentional interference with prospective economic advantage after rumors circulated among the adult industry community that Yahshua had falsified one of his recent performer STI screening tests.

The lawsuit, published by industry gossip blog MikeSouth.com, alleges that Hussie Models and owner Riley Reynolds "engaged in a laundry list of lies and misrepresentations" about Yahshua, "essentially telling entire adult industry that Plaintiff is a forger (falsified documents), engaged in bribery (paid cash for an outcome) and has a loathsome disease (tested positive for an illness)."

Also listing 10 "Does" as Defendants, the suit specifically details the accusations and damages Hussie et al. allegedly originated against Yahshua as:

• That Plaintiff "sent her [one of Defendants; models] an altered test ..."
• Plaintiff "pa[id] her [Defendants'] $300 for antibiotics."
• That Plaintiff was banned from one of the largest testing centers (Talent Testing Services)—and indeed, due to the false and defamatory statements, Plaintiff was banned by them.

As a result of these actions, Yahshua contends, he "has suffered substantial damages, including economic harm (past and future income), severe emotional distress, humiliation, anxiety, worriedness and lack of sleep, all in an amount to be determined at trial, but believed to be in excess of $250,000." In addition to said compensatory damages, Yahshua is seeking punative damages of "no less than $1,000,000.00."

Hussie Models LLC issued a statement Thursday morning in response to the suit, as follows:

Recently there has been a lawsuit filed related to an issue of performer testing. Unfortunately, this lawsuit is a result of a concern brought forth by a performer represented by Hussie Models LLC.

Hussie Models has always stood for protection of its performers and any time an issue comes up that could affect a models health and welfare Hussie Models will do everything in its power to protect the model and as such protect this industry.

Hussie Models states the allegations in this lawsuit are false and defamatory and with the evidence we have in hand we know we will win and be exonerated in a court of law. Further we will be filing a countersuit and asking for our attorney’s fees to be paid as we believe this lawsuit is frivolous to its core. We stand with the victim of this offense, and we are confident that both they and our agency will be exonerated.

As an agency, Hussies Models duty is to protect performers. In this instance we practiced our responsibility, and we implore all agents, producers and performers to act responsibly and to protect each other’s health and welfare when producing content.

We express sympathy for those that are affected by this situation. At the end of the day, we have a responsibility and standard to uphold and know that we will win this frivolous, false lawsuit.
