Mad Max Mosley Sex Tape Back Online

LONDON - The New York Times is reporting that a High Court judge has ruled that the British tabloid The News of the World can put the sex tape featuring Max Mosley frolicking through Nazi scenarios with five prostitutes back on the tabloid's website.

Max Mosley, president of the Paris-based Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile, was initially seen in a five-hour video cavorting and playing at various times a Nazi officer and a death camp inmate.

History students may recall that Mosley, 67, is the son of Sir Oswald Mosley, the leader of Britain's Union of Fascists during World War II and an alleged Nazi sympathizer.

Mosley had sued The News of the World, claiming that he was entitled to his privacy and that his activities with the prostitutes were not, as the newspaper reported, a "Nazi-style orgy."

However, the judge noted in his ruling that because the video had been viewed 1,424,959 times on March 30 and 31, it would be "futile" to try to ban it.
