Girls Gone Wild Hit with New Lawsuit in St. Louis

ST. LOUIS — A woman claiming she had her breast forcibly exposed to Girls Gone Wild cameras has filed suit against the company and owner Joe Francis in St. Louis Circuit Court.

Identified only as "Jane Doe," the woman claims the incident occurred at the former Rum Jungle bar on St. Louis' Laclede's Landing in September 2005, according to the St. Louis Post-Dipatch. One of two camera crew members pulled a strap of her top, causing it to slip from her shoulder and expose her breast, according to the suit.

That footage later showed up in the video Girls Gone Wild Sorority Orgy without her permission or any compensation, Doe alleges.

Doe seeks upward of $25,000 in the suit from production companies MRA Holdings LLC and Mantra Films Inc., both based in Southern California; the two unnamed video crew employees and Francis.
