Duke to Appear at Art & Policy Discussion in W. Hollywood

CANOGA PARK, Calif.—Free Speech Coalition Executive Director Diane Duke is schedule to appear this Sunday at a panel discussion, "A Decent State: Art & Policy." The seminar is part of the 16th Annual West Hollywood/Los Angeles Erotic Art Fair Weekend, sponsored by TomofFinlandFoundation.org. and the California LGBT Arts Alliance, and held at West Hollywood Park on San Vincente Blvd.

The theme of the seminar is to address government’s role in what is seen by the public in art, film and on other cultural platforms for expression.

Along with Duke, the seminar panel will include activist artist Ivy Bottini, California LGBT Arts Alliance Coordinator Greg Day, Commissioner of the West Hollywood Art & Cultural Affairs Commission Dallas Dishman, and City of West Hollywood Councilmember Abbe Land.

The art fair weekend runs from March 25-27, and the seminar will be held on Sunday from 3-4:30 p.m.. Additionally, an artists’ reception will be held on Friday, 8-11pm, at TOM House, 1421 Laveta Terrace, Los Angeles, 90026.
