CHARLESTOWN, W.V.—The suits targeting end users just keep coming and coming. For the second time in two months, West Virginia-based Kenneth Ford and The Adult Copyright Company, on behalf of West Coast Productions, have filed a lawsuit against thousands of “John Does.”
The suit, filed yesterday in U.S. District Court in Martinsville, W.V., is for the title, Teen Anal Nightmare 2, and once again targets people who have allegedly used Bit Torrent networks to download the movie without permission.
As with the last complaint filed in September by Ford on behalf of West Coast Productions, Combat Zone, Third World Media and Patrick Collins, Inc., this one has been locked down. The previous lawsuits targeted over 5,000 “John Does.”
