WASHINGTON, D.C.—After the prosecution attempted to play a CD-R-captured version of the trailer for Fetish Fanatic 5 for the jury without sound, Judge Richard J. Leon recessed the trial and told prosecutor Pamela Satterfield that “You’ve had a year and a half to prepare for this case,” and that if she could not get the audio of the trailer working properly, he was inclined to dismiss all counts of the indictment relating to the trailer from the case.
