LAS VEGAS, Nev.—Victoria Torres, a softcore model who works professionally as Sasha Storm, has filed a lawsuit against the operators of her website, SashaStorm.com, alleging breach of contract, conversion, fraud, violation of the right to privacy, invasion of privacy/appropriation of likeness, racketeering and conspiracy, the Las Vegas Sun is reporting.
Defendants include Desert Entertainment of Las Vegas Inc., the presumed parent company for the DanzaBucks affiliate program, and two individuals; Martin Adler, aka Dean Danza aka Dean Martin, and Chris Danza, aka Danny Danza aka Dirty Danza. Desert Entertainment Group, an entertainment and production company unaffiliated with the company from Las Vegas, also has been named but alleges that it has been mistakenly named and has nothing to do with the case. (Not the first time the mistake in identity has happened, said the owner.)
“Torres says in her lawsuit that while visiting a chat room, she became acquainted with someone who said she was attractive and asked if she would like to model," the Sun reports. "She agreed to do so and met a man named 'Martin,' owner of the ‘Sweet Encounters’ escort service," the lawsuit says.
“In September 2005," the lawsuit says, "Torres and the defendants signed a contract to launch an adult website featuring her to attract pay-per-view customers. It says she was to receive 30 percent of the net income generated by the website and that she performed in 11 videos and photo galleries. The website has operated since December 2005, but Torres hasn't been paid, the suit charges.”
The suit seeks unspecified damages in excess of $1 million and asks the court to order a complete audit of the website's finances, and also to require that a trust on her 30 percent share be established.
An email seeking comment was sent to the Sasha Storm website. A reply had not been received by the initial posting of this story. An email seeking comment also has been sent to Digipawn.com, which, according to a Network Solutions WHOIS search conducted Sunday, is the current registered owner of both SashaStorm.com and DirtyDanza.com.
