Oregon Bans Behavior 'Too Gross to Talk About'

The Oregon House of Representatives today passed a bill making it a second-degree sex-abuse crime to fling bodily fluids at strangers.

According to The Oregonian, the proposed legislation was prompted by a June incident in which a random perv hurled a palmful of his semen at a hapless Mom while shopping at a Portland-area Target store.

The woman didn't see it coming...but her young daughter did.

"Apparently such behavior is part of gang initiation rituals," the report states. Crips? Bloods? Bukakke? Not in Oregon, scumbag.

The bill passed by a swift vote of 57-0. It now heads to the state Senate.
