MIAMI—Everyone in this story is reportedly a teenager, including the three people arrested this week on charges related to the alleged videotaped sexual assault of three girls aged 12, 13 and 14.
According to NBC Miami, "Christian Hernandez, 18, and Bianca Byndloss, 19, are charged with lewd and lascivious battery on a minor and possessing and promoting sexual performance by a child, jail records show. Bryan Yanes, 18, was charged with lewd and lascivious battery on a minor."
The Miami New Times reports that Byndloss was arrested Thursday night following the previous arrest of her alleged cohorts. "Byndloss," the article states, "describes herself on Twitter as a 'porn diva' and runs a Tumblr blog dedicated to pictures of her feet [NSFW] called Foot Goddess.
"For months now," it continues, "Byndloss has been posting pictures of her feet on her Tumblr and soliciting donations and gifts in exchange. She also does Skype calls in exchange for money, and had posted explicit foot fetish and masturbation videos online."
As of today, those videos can still be found on a site called adultvideos.com, where Byndloss goes by the name Peachy_Babe.
Byndloss, who was also arrested in January for battery, is expected to be arraigned today on three counts of lewd and lascivious battery on a minor and promoting sexual performance of a child. According to the Miami Herald, "The victims in the case were ages 12, 13 and 14. According to Miami-Dade police, Byndloss in May picked up the girls and went to Hernandez’s home on the 14300 block SW 62nd Street, where they engaged in group sex."
The Herald also reports that video shot of the alleged sex acts with the minors was also posted online, which is when the police were alerted that a crime had been committed. "The investigation was spearheaded by Miami-Dade’s sexual crimes bureau," it added.
NBC Miami's coverage includes the information, "After carrying out a search warrant, police said they found several videos on Hernandez's cell phone including one that shows the victims performing oral sex on each other and another that shows Hernandez recording a close-up of one of the victim's vaginas while she is sleeping."
