LOS ANGELES—U.S. District Judge S. James Otero accepted the terms today of a plea deal struck between Girls Gone Wild honcho Joe Francis and the prosecuting attorneys in the case against Francis of filing false income tax returns, according to the Associated Press.
The plea deal was brokered just before trial in September after it came to light that a key witness had lied to the prosecuters, the AP reports.
