STAUNTON, Va. - The defense rested its case in the After Hours Video obscenity trial this morning without calling a single witness.
According to local news sources, defense attorney Paul Cambria rested his case at 9:09 a.m. The jury was to receive instructions at 10:30 a.m. EST. Closing arguments will be heard later this morning.
The jury must decide if After Hours owner Rick Krial and employee Tinsley Embrey are guilty of obscenity charges for selling the adult DVDs Sugar Britches and City Girls Extreme Gang Bang to undercover police in October.
