Danica Dillon Sues Josh Duggar for Assault

PHILADELPHIA—Adult performer Danica Dillion has filed a civil suit against Josh Duggar of 19 Kids and Counting fame, claiming he manhandled her during sex, enough to cause physical and emotional injuries.

In the suit, filed in the Court of Common Pleas County of Philadelphia Civil Division on Nov. 17, Dillion claims she “felt as is she were being raped by [Duggar].”

According to the suit, Duggar was a customer at the Gold Club in Philadephia, where Dillion was feature dancing this past March, After paying roughly $600 for lap dances, Duggar and Dillon agree to meet in her hotel room for consensual sex, for which Duggar reportedly paid $1,500. Dillon claims Duggar proceeded to assault her during sex, and that was not part of their agreement and “exceeded the scope of any consent” she granted.

The suit further claims Duggar tried to apologize for his behavior the following month, when he visited her during her performances in April at the Creekside Cabaret, also in Philadelphia.

“However, his motive for his ‘apology’ was to deceive [Dillon] into another private meeting with her where he engaged in identical tortious conduct causing [Dillion] to suffer severe emotional and physical damages.”

Dillion is asking for $500,000 from Duggar for her injuries and because she has been unable to work in her chosen field as a direct consequence of [Duggar’s] actions.

As of post time, Duggar—who is reportedly still in a Christian-based rehab center where he’s being treated for “sex addiction”—has not responded to the suit. Duggan is the oldest child of Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar, who rose to fame for their reality TV show on TLC that chronicled the lives of their family. Josh is also married to Anna Duggar and has four children.
