CYBERSPACE—The year-old tube site FapZap.com, which was accused by GRHK, LLC in August of containing 18 videos that belonged to DancingBear.com, a Bang Bros website, now auto-redirects to that site.
In a DMCA takedown request dated Aug. 10, 2011, counsel for GRHK, the Randazza Group, asked FapZap hoster Choopa to “remove or disable” the unauthorized videos. Several legal actions were commenced in Florida on Aug. 11, 2011, by GRHK, and administratively closed by the court the same day.
The only court document filed in the one associated case still active is an Application and Declaration by Randazza seeking the issuance of subpoenas in the case. The same day, a judge assignment was filed, but it is not available for viewing.
The Aug. 10 DMCA takedown notice is accessible here.
