Troubled Gay Performer Kyle Dean Has Reportedly Died At Age 21

Kyle Dean, a gay performer who worked primarily for GayHoopla and CorbinFisher.com in 2016 and 2017, has died at the age of 21, according to media reports.

An online obituary posted by Toale Brothers Funeral Home in Bradenton, Florida, said that Dean was born on August 25, 1997, and died on September 28 of this year. No cause of death has yet been made public.

Dean had a troubled history, spending time behind bars last year, according to South Florida Gay News. He was jailed for violating a probation that resulted from “multiple drug and burglary convictions,” SFGN reported. But a judge ordered Dean released after about a week into the custody of his mother, on the condition that he continue taking part in a drug intervention program.

He had previously been arrested on charges of illegally possessing the tranquilizer Xanax as well as marijuana, and for burglarizing cars, according to SFGN, which also noted that Dean was decsribed as a “gay for pay” performer.

Social media accounts in Dean’s name have cropped up following his death, claiming to be raising money through a GoFundMe account, but those accounts are not authorized, according to Out Magazine. His Toale Brothers obituary said that he lived in Bradenton, Florida, for about 15 years, where he attended Braden River High School, even playing on the freshman football team there, and taking fourth place in an “adult physique competition” at age 17.
