Ridgeston, Paulik Embark on ‘Reunion Tour'

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. - GAYVN Hall of Fame members Lukas Ridgeston and Johan Paulik, who never have performed on-stage together although they appeared together in several classic gay XXX titles, will headline two weeks of shows and special events in late December and early January.

The men, both of whom were inducted into the GAYVN Hall of Fame in 2000 and now work as cameramen, editors and directors for Bel Ami, will dance, sign autographs and give away prizes at the Boardwalk in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., every night from Dec. 26 through Jan. 4. The lone exception will be Dec. 29, when the pair will appear at Pulse in Orlando, Fla., for a single engagement.

"They insisted on visiting Disneyworld while they were here - it's in their contract," Fabscout Entertainment's Howard Andrew told GAYVN.com. "So, we'll be getting off a show the previous night, driving like mad to Orlando, going to Disneyworld all day on the 29th, performing that night at Pulse, and then going to Orlando Water Sports Complex on the 30th before driving like crazy to get back to Fort Lauderdale in time for a show that night."

Andrew was out of breath just talking about the whirlwind tour, but he said Ridgeston, a champion wake-boarder, was particularly excited about showing off at the water park in Orlando.

Andrew also said the two-week tour is an extraordinary opportunity for fans to get up close and personal with two of the faces that launched the Eastern European revolution in gay porn. Ridgeston, in particular, is known for his archetypal blue eyes, innocent, clean-cut, "pretty boy" look, Andrew noted.

Neither Ridgeston nor Paulik has made an appearance in front of the camera since late 2005. Their last non-performing personal appearance together was during an autograph session earlier that year in Los Angeles.

In addition to seeing Ridgeston and Paulik on stage, fans have an opportunity to dine with them at a private function each evening. Holders of VIP tickets to their on-stage performances will receive invitations, Andrew said.

The Florida tour is one of three public appearances Fabscout arranges for Ridgeston each year. The first in 2008 was at Southern Decadence in August in New Orleans, and the Slovakian star will return from an engagement in South Africa just in time to head for the U.S. on Dec. 25. The enduring relationship began three years ago, Andrew said, when Boardwalk's owner said he wanted a personal appearance by Ridgeston as a combination 50th birthday present and 25th anniversary present for the bar.

Eight months later, just in time to meet the deadline, Andrew delivered the deal - gift-wrapped.

The Pulse and Boardwalk shows will begin at 11 p.m. each night. Andrew said tickets remain available, although they are selling quickly. He also said he will trade tickets to either venue for passes of like value to Disneyworld.
