LOS ANGELES—Alpha Studio Group has released “Paramour,” the third scene under its new Next Door Films brand.
“Paramour” stars Next Door exclusives Jayden Marcos and Trevor Harris, with a guest appearance by fellow exclusive Brandon Anderson. The scene is a romantic drama about Trevor (Harris) who finds his partner Brandon cheating on him with Jayden. With his world turned upside down, Trevor sees Jayden trying to apologize and make it up to him with a nice dinner. But, when their dinner turns into a deep conversation about life and love, things take a turn that make Trevor question everything.
“Both Jayden and I worked hard to really dive into our characters in this heavy, emotional script but not without having the most fun with it,” Harris said. “This, on top of having amazing chemistry on and off screen, is why it’s my favorite scene to have ever filmed! You’re going to want to stay tuned for 'Paramour'!”

“It was an absolutely amazing experience! The amount of detail put into it was tremendous and it shows,” Marcos said. “It might be new but based on the crew running it and their attention to detail, I can totally see it taking off to high places. The film days were long but some of the best I’ve had yet! Hope to get the opportunity to continue creating films like that with Next Door Studios!“

The lead character, played by the amazing Trevor Harris, must confront heartbreak, struggle with regaining hope and making some extremely difficult life decisions," he said. Undoubtedly, Jayden Marcos will steal your heart with his empathy and genuine desire to be a good person and do the right thing. By the end of the film, Trevor is still faced with a decision that he never would have expected. I can't wait for you to see this film!”
“This brand gives us such a unique platform to tell more complicated stories, and take bigger risks,” said CCO Jeremy Babcock. “Is a dramatic love story something gay porn audiences want to see? We’ll find out! 'Paramour' has been one of my favorite Next Door Films projects since the concept phase. I’m really excited for people to watch the story unfold.”
For Dalton King, who wrote the scene, the story's authenticity is its strength. “The topic of this film is something a lot of people can relate to,” said King. “I did my very best to approach the topic with realism and just the right amount of emotions and I’m super happy with how the project turned out. This was a big labor of love, and I think you’ll all be able to tell once you see it.”
